Crowd.

Marketing is only useful when it changes what people do.

Everything on this page is about moving people through one of five behaviors.

What the work is for

Captivate — Earn attention
attention, curiosity, the scroll-stop, first three seconds, interruption, the double-take, a hook, thumb-stop, a glance, intrigue, noticing, the second look.
Resonate — Mean something
relevance, meaning, the insight, truth, empathy, a point of view, why it matters, reading the room, hitting a nerve, seeing yourself in it, the penny drops, that’s so us.
Obsess — Create desire
desire, brand love, affinity, preference, delight, anticipation, envy, belonging, fandom, wanting, the itch, counting down.
Walk in — Turn interest into action
footfall, turnout, tickets, bookings, queues, sell-outs, visits, attendance, conversion, trial, the door, Thursday night.
Devotion — Give people a reason to return and bring others with them
return, retention, loyalty, ritual, tradition, season pass, word of mouth, advocacy, the group chat, bringing friends, coming back, the annual thing.

Reach is people who saw it online.Crowd is people who came.

Sometimes that crowd is a queue. Sometimes it is a booking, a purchase, a share, a return visit or a brand people remember. The point is the same: behavior matters more than exposure.

I have built my career on brands with a short feedback loop. The marketing either moved people or it did not. That changes what I brief, what I protect, what I challenge and what I refuse to celebrate too early.

How the work actually happens

What I bring to the room

  • Make teams move together

Creative, social, paid media, PR, production and client teams do not need more meetings. They need one problem, one standard and clear ownership. I translate between disciplines and keep the campaign intact as it moves through each one.

  • Turn briefs into better work

A useful brief contains more than the written request. It includes the hesitation, the repeated point, the hidden objection and the business behavior we actually need to change. I get those out before the creative team starts, so the work is not paid for twice.

  • Understand how the work gets made

I have shot, edited, produced and worked on camera. That means I can brief a production realistically, spot what is not working and explain the fix in the language of the person making it.

  • Make the work perform

I build the process around the idea: who owns what, what gets approved when, how the budget is protected and which result decides whether the work succeeded. The campaign is not finished when it goes live.

About

An account manager who knows what happens after the brief

I lead integrated accounts in Dubai, connecting clients, strategists, creatives, media teams, PR partners and production. I also shoot, edit and work on camera, not because the account lead should do every job, but because understanding the craft changes the quality of the decisions I make.
